What is Public Relations?
How It Works
Why It Matters
Strong PR helps shape public opinion and build trust. Positive media coverage gives your brand credibility, reinforces your expertise and helps people feel confident choosing you. It also supports your reputation during challenging moments by providing clarity and reassurance when they matter most.
How We Use PR to Make an Impact
We use PR to help organizations connect with people in meaningful ways by creating compelling messages and building long-term relationships with the media. For the North Dakota Vision Zero initiative, we combined real stories from people affected by traffic crashes with data-driven insights to show the real consequences of traffic safety on North Dakota communities. Our team executed a summer earned media series with local television stations, strategic media outreach and programs like ND Sober Ride to deliver life-saving messages designed to change driving behaviors and reduce fatalities and serious injuries on North Dakota roads.
