With nearly 30,000 open jobs in manufacturing, healthcare, technology, engineering, skilled trades and more, it is critical that North Dakota execute a talent recruitment campaign to effectively attract workforce to the state. This campaign targeted young families, veterans, college grads and people who grew up in and/or lived in North Dakota and moved out of state.
The end goal was to drive qualified leads to the Find the Good Life website and have them fill out a form to get in touch with a real, live person (community champion) to help them, answer questions and land them in a community that fit their needs and lifestyle.
