We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team and lead and support Senior Account Executives in leading strategic marketing and communications efforts for a diverse portfolio of local, regional and national clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals across creative, media, digital, social media, public relations and research to develop campaigns that make an impact.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and an exceptional communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships. You’ll help guide projects from concept through execution, keeping teams aligned, budgets on track and clients informed every step of the way. Responsibilities
Client Partnership
- Build strong relationships with assigned clients and develop a deep understanding of their business, goals, products and markets.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your clients with guidance from a Senior Account Executive.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow existing business.
Strategy & Project Management
- Participate in strategic planning and campaign development alongside a Senior Account Executive, internal teams and clients.
- Prepare and present marketing and communications plans, recommendations and creative concepts.
- Develop thoughtful creative briefs that set projects up for success.
- Coordinate agency resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and at the highest level of quality.
- Monitor project timelines, answer questions and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
Project Execution
- Assist with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, digital, public relations and social media.
- Support day-to-day client requests and account needs while ensuring exceptional service and communication.
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, public relations, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate meetings, conferences or events.
- Understanding of cooperative structures and principles preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Desire to learn, grow and continuously improve.
