Seeley Joins Odney as Project Manager

Odney is thrilled to welcome Heather Seeley to our team as Project Manager. With 17 years of experience and a strategic approach to operations, Heather brings valuable expertise to our project execution and results for clients.

Odney President Gwen Butler says, “Heather’s background in sales, marketing and project management gives her a unique perspective on keeping projects moving efficiently while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.”

Heather earned her Business Marketing degree with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Her professional journey includes four years in sales and marketing, followed by a 13-year tenure as project manager.

“Being a project manager allows me access to a diverse group of people who all have unique talents,” says Heather. “I get to work with it all—the people, the project from start to finish and seeing clients thrive in the end.”

As project manager, Heather oversees project timelines, coordinates across teams and manages workflows to ensure every project meets Odney’s exacting standards.

When she’s not keeping projects on track, Heather keeps her two sons on track, running them to and supporting them in all their activities and sports. She’s an avid runner and enjoys hiking the beautiful trails around Lake Superior. Living near Duluth, MN, means she has what many consider a vacation destination right in her backyard.
