Odney is pleased to welcome Bailey who joined the Strategic Engagement team in June as a Public Relations and Social Media Specialist. She brings fresh energy and a solid foundation in communications to help amplify our clients' stories across multiple platforms.

Bailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus in Public Relations from the University of Mary. Before joining Odney, she honed her skills in the Public Affairs Department at Bismarck State College, where she managed social media accounts, coordinated media relations, drafted press releases, and helped maintain their website while supporting various campaigns and events. 

At Odney, she wears two hats. On the social media side, she develops content strategies, manages client accounts, and monitors engagement to ensure messages reach the right audiences. Her PR work includes media outreach, press release writing, campaign coordination, and communications initiatives for client brands and messages. 

When she's not crafting the perfect post or securing media coverage, Bailey stays active running and biking around the area. She loves spending time with friends and family and has a genuine appreciation for the Midwest, especially North Dakota.
