Job Overview

We need a self-motivated team player to join our account team and help develop and execute highly effective campaigns for local, regional and national clients. Whether focused on marketing, public relations, or advertising, you will work alongside experts in creative, digital, social media, traditional media, public relations, and research to deliver outstanding results. The position is based in our Bismarck office and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.


  • Know the ins and outs of your assigned clients and what makes them tick, including their products, services, and the markets in which they operate.
  • Be the daily connection between our team and our clients, under the direction of the Sr. Account Executive.
  • Dig in to planning and strategy development with your clients and fellow team members.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting marketing/communication plans and creative to clients.
  • Work closely with senior account executives to oversee execution of approved program elements.
  • Become your clients’ best advocate across our agency to get all the pieces of a project to come together on time and on budget. You will prepare insightful creative briefs, track progress, answer questions, and ensure the project comes to life.
  • Create, execute, and monitor social media campaigns.
  • Handle any additional day-to-day activities for your assigned clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Represent the agency at industry functions.


  • Communications, advertising, public relations degree, or other appropriate experience
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Experience with paid and organic social media
