Job Overview

Odney is seeking a Project Manager to join our Bismarck office. This person will work with our Account staff, media and creative teams to ensure that agency projects are managed throughout the workflow process. The successful candidate will need at least five years of project management experience and be detail oriented. Odney offers an excellent salary and benefits package. •   Track project flow throughout the agency
•    Utilize project management software
•    Work with the creative team to assign projects to meet timelines
•    Conduct weekly status meetings with account staff and creative team members to discuss current and incoming projects
•    Resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure all deadlines are met
•    Coordinate with wide range of media vendors for distribution and production of products such as print, tv/radio, digital,          out-of-home, photo shoots, etc.


•    5 years of project management experience
•    Strong computer and database experience
•    Strong proofreading skills
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
