With an abundance of open jobs in manufacturing, healthcare, technology, engineering, skilled trades and more, it is critical that Southwest North Dakota execute a talent recruitment campaign to effectively attract the workforce to the state. This campaign targeted Young Mothers 30-40 and Young Professionals 21-29 in high unemployment counties in Montana, Colorado, California along with Western South Dakota. We also targeted individuals with values that matched those of rural North Dakota.
The end goal was to drive qualified leads to the Wide Open Wonder website and have them find job openings and find communities that fit their needs and lifestyle.
