Job Overview

We are looking for a proven digital marketing professional to work as a digital media strategist with a team of digital, social, traditional media and public relations experts in a results-driven environment. The successful candidate for this position will combine in-depth knowledge and experience in digital media with the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines. Excellent benefits include paid leave, healthcare, 401K and a competitive salary. Position can be based in our Bismarck, ND office or remote. 

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop comprehensive digital media strategies that align with client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize customer and user data to identify and target the most relevant audiences for each campaign
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to ensure they are performing effectively and efficiently
  • Analyze and report on digital campaign performance
  • Create integrated and cost-effective digital buys and strategies with vendors and an in-house DSP
  • Engage with clients, vendor sales teams, account executives, creative team and management
  • Develop SEO and SEM strategies
  • Research and stay up to date on the latest digital tools and interactive trends
  • Drive value for the organization and our clients
  • Map out how digital assets will be optimized for best results

Qualifications

  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media planning, development, optimization and reporting
  • Experience working with Google Analytics GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager and Google Looker Studio is a plus
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools and technology
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Thorough understanding of the digital ecosystem, audience segments and touchpoints
  • Insightful and perceptive with broad knowledge of business
  • Deadline driven in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of digital best practices
  • Must have a drive to continually learn
